You can cancel or change your order within 1 hour of placing it. Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and click on order details. If your order hasn't been processed yet, you'll see the "Cancel Order" option. After this time, please contact us via the contact form.

We accept a wide range of payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), BLIK, bank transfers, deferred payments (e.g., PayPo, Twisto), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are secured with an SSL certificate.

Yes! Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation via the email address you provided during purchase. The confirmation includes your order number, product details, and estimated delivery time.

Standard delivery within Poland takes 2-4 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to make a return. To initiate the return process, log in to your account, go to "My Orders," select your order, and click "Return Items." Follow the instructions to generate a return label.

Yes, we accept returns of products in their original packaging, unopened, and unused for hygiene reasons. Returned earrings must be in the same condition they were received. We do not accept returns of sterilized earrings.

Once your return is received and verified (usually 2-3 business days after the package arrives), we automatically refund the money to the account from which payment was made. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Each product description includes detailed information about the material. We offer earrings made from surgical titanium, 316L surgical steel, 14K gold, Bioflex, and other skin-safe materials. All products are quality certified.

Yes! Every product has an "Add to Wishlist" button (heart icon). This requires logging in to your account. You can check your wishlist and add products to your cart at any time.
