Yes, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within the time limit 30 days from receiving the shipment without giving a reason.
IMPORTANT - Hygiene Issues:
For health and hygiene reasons, Only products in their original, intact packaging (sealed/sealed) can be returned..
Pursuant to Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, opening the plastic bag with a hygiene seal (which contains the earring) means losing the right to return. We do not accept jewelry that has been tried on or touched after being removed from its sterile packaging.

You have the right to return the purchased goods within 30 days from the date of placing the order. Remember that the returned product cannot show any traces of use (for hygiene reasons, piercing earrings can only be returned in intact, original packaging).

1. Quick Returns by InPost
This is the easiest and fastest way to send your parcel back using our preferential rate.
- Report a return: Log in to your account in our store and request a return in your customer profile.
- Fill out the InPost form: Visit the website speedzwroty.pl/piercingplanet and complete the short form.
- Send the parcel: You don't have to print any label! You will receive a special return code. Just write it clearly on the parcel and send it to any Parcel Locker or InPost point.
2. Own shipping method
If you prefer to send your parcel by another courier or by post, please follow the steps below:
- Report a return: Log in to your Piercing Planet account and report your return from your profile. You will receive further instructions from us by e-mail.
- Mark the parcel: On the shipment or on a piece of paper inserted inside the package write down your return number or order number. This will significantly speed up the verification process.

We refund funds immediately after receiving and verifying the package (checking the integrity of the seals), usually within 3-7 business days . The maximum statutory deadline is 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g. card, bank account or BLIK).

We do not exchange goods directly (e.g. "parcel for parcel").
The quickest way to get a different size is:
- Returning a product that does not fit (you will receive a refund).
- Placing a new order for the correct size in the store.
This means your new product will reach you much faster than with the traditional exchange procedure.

Sorry for the mistake! If the product arrived damaged, has a manufacturing defect or you received a different model than you ordered:
- Do not send the goods back immediately!
- Make it clear photo defects or mistakes.
